For a truly breathtaking display of 100-150 intricately carved pumpkins, visit Green Lane Road in Towamencin Townships after dark on October 29th. 30th and 31st. The pumpkins are setup throughout the yard. It is FREE and open to the public, rain or shine.
For many years, this home has welcomed visitors to their yard. They give out candy to the children who visit. You will see the images carved into the pumpkins of famous figures such as Abraham Lincoln, Marilyn Monroe, Mickey Mouse, and even the Philadelphia Eagles Mascot. You will also see cool figures such ghosts, ghouls, spiders, and black cats. Come and count how many images you recognize.
It is worth the trip!
Directions:
From Sumneytown Pike, take Bustard Road to Kriebel Road (intersection right before the bridge at Fisher Park.)
Make a Left on to Kriebel Road.
Make the First Left on to Green Lane Road.
The pumpkins are the last house on the left. There will be lots of cars parked in the street and you may have to walk up to one block.
