I almost fell off my chair laughing when I first saw it in the MLS. The agent actually does a fair amount of business. How? I don't know. We did recreate it because we didn't want to ask the agent for permission to make fun of use his picture.

I showed a property a couple weeks ago where All the photos in MLS were upside down and still are 2 weeks later (even after my friendly email). But this...well, this is too much. Love the re-creation!

Upside down is pretty funny too, and so easily corrected from your desk! It is shocking what you can find out there.
